What’s the difference between a deluxe & holiday cabin?

Our deluxe and standard cabins are the same size, however our deluxe offer just a few more comforts of home with second TV in the master bedroom, comfy couch and a larger stove for your cooking convenience.

What size are the sites?

Powered sites are on average 9 metres by 9 metres. Unpowered sites are on average 8 metres by 9 metres.

What is the standard rate for a powered/unpowered site?

Off-peak $39 for Powered, $30 Unpowered (based on two people) See our rates page for the most up to date rates.

What facilities do the cabins have?

All of our cabins are self-contained with a fully functional kitchen, dining table and chairs, TV (additional TV in the deluxe cabins), private bathroom and club lounge chairs (deluxe cabins only).

What amenities and facilities are available on site?

Glamping and Little Yorkie guests at Gardens Caravan Park will have access to the park’s toilet and shower facilities. You will also have your own private outdoor seating area to relax and enjoy the surrounding environment.

All guests will have access to the park’s kitchen, including a large refrigerator, oven and cook top. There is also a covered bbq area with seating for guests to enjoy. A Kitchen Pack can also be purchased, including an Esky, BBQ cooking utensils, chopping board, platter, large bowl, plate, mug, cutlery and washing up utensils. Free WiFi access is available to park guests and access to the on-site playgrounds, bike paths, laundry and sporting facilities.

Is WiFi access available at the park?

Yes, FREE WiFi is available.

Is there a limit to how many people can stay in a cabin?

Yes, Black Swan and Eagle cabins offer accommodation for up to 6 people. Our remaining cabins will sleep up to 5 people.

Is linen provided for all beds in the cabin?

Linen is provided for the master bedroom only. We have single bed linen available for hire.

How much do cabins cost per night?

Cabin rates will vary according to the season. Please see our rates page for the most up to date pricing.

How many powered & unpowered sites are available?

71 powered sites (up to 371 in peak times) 23 unpowered sites (up to 166 during Folk Festival weekend).

How many beds in a cabin?

One queen bed in master bedroom. 3 or 4 single bunk beds in the second bedroom.

Do the Bell Tents have heating and cooling?

For powered sites, you can hire a heater or fan for just $10. Please let us know if you require these items when placing your booking.

Can sites be purchased next to one another?

If there is availability this may be arranged.

Can I tow Little Yorkie?

Port Fairy Glamping will deliver and set up Little Yorkie on site. Insurance does not cover any other drivers.

Are visitors allowed to light fires or firepits?

Fires are not permitted in the caravan park.

Are towels and bedding provided?

Premium quality linen and bath towels are provided

Are towels and bedding provided in Little Yorkie?

Premium quality linen and towels are provided. Beach towel hire is just an extra $5 per towel.

Are the tents secure?

Yes, your tent comes with a secure lock and unique code.

Are pets allowed in the tents?

As much as we love pets, we are unable to accommodate them in the Bell Tents.

Are pets allowed in Little Yorkie?

As much as we love pets, we are unable to accommodate them in Little Yorkie

Are dogs allowed to stay at the park?

Well behaved dogs are welcome with site bookings and in some Holiday cabins.

Are dogs allowed in cabins?

Well behaved dogs are permitted in select cabins at the discretion of the caravan park manager.

Are all of the sites flat and grassy?

We endeavour to keep our site grassed and level. We do not have any concrete slabs.
